This step is very important because we need to understand your why in order to put a plan in place.

2. Determining the Storyline & Narrative

Discovering your story isn’t just a task … it’s a crucial part of communicating your impact. 

We discuss the goals of each video we produce before shooting any footage. If you don’t know your “why” you won’t have a clear message to share. 

Once we know how you will use your video, and the action you want your audience to take, then we can determine the following:

  • What story will most likely drive your audience to take the desired action?
  • Who needs to be a voice in that story?
  • What visuals will help bring it to life, so we are not only telling – but showing?

3. Pre-Production

Pre-Production isn’t just about logistics, it’s about setting the stage for an awesome shoot and final video.

During pre-production, we are finalizing everything we need for your shoot from location scouting, to pre-interviews, crew scheduling, planning shot lists, script writing, and prepping the talent to shine on camera.

When we hone in on our story angles (before we ever hit record), it helps us get to the heart of what feels most real and authentic.

Honestly – it’s the most important step to make sure when we are on-site everything is captured flawlessly, while leaving room for the unplanned and unexpected.

Video Production is where our strategy and planning come to life. Nothing manufactured. Just real people telling real stories in real time. 

4. Production

In our video production stage, our team of journalists are on hand to prompt you through the interviews and our on-camera shoot. We work with real people, not actors, every step of the way and know how to bring the authenticity out of our subjects while still creating an engaging, relatable narrative. 

To be honest, it’s also where we – along with our clients – have the most fun! Who doesn’t like a shoot day??

5. Post-Production

Post-Production is where the real magic happens.

From scripting, editing, color correction, custom graphics, and stunning animations. 

It’s where raw footage materializes into your vision. 

This step ensures your story doesn’t just resonate …  but inspires your audience to take action.

But the finished product only helps drive your goals if it actually *reaches* your audience, right?

6. Distribution
