Now in its 16th year, the awards program recognizes 25 top female business executives from Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

The Influential Business Women Awards drew nearly 350 attendees to a luncheon at the Signature Grand in Davie on March 17.

At the 16th annual event, 25 exemplary executives were honored for their leadership prowess, philanthropic outreach and their ability to uplift the next generation of women in business.

The honorees and their supporters gathered for a brief round of networking before South Florida Business Journal President and Publisher Melanie Dickinson offered opening remarks, followed by a lively luncheon emceed by Tamika Bickham, founder of TB Media Group.

Per IBW tradition, the honorees were invited on stage to share their stories, business advice and pearls of wisdom with the crowd.
