Meet Jessica Chavers, the Media Relations Specialist extraordinaire at TB Media Group. With over a decade of experience in the communications field and a strong news background, Jessica partners with our clients to ensure they shine in the media spotlight while nurturing vital media relationships.
Jessica's love for helping organizations share their unique stories has been a lifelong passion that ignited during her early years. While most kids were glued to cartoons, she was hooked on the latest news broadcasts and eagerly delved into the Sunday paper.
Her journey began at the University of Memphis School of Journalism and Strategic Media, right in her hometown of Memphis, Tennessee. Before she fully embraced the newsroom, she had the privilege of working behind the scenes for PBS and ABC News, where she contributed to creating thought-provoking content.
Beyond her professional life, Jessica proudly holds the title of a BBQ connoisseur, her love for it running just as deep as her affection for storytelling.
What is your favorite thing about being part of the TBMG team?
Everything. Everyone is so helpful its crazy. I never felt this way about a group of people I worked with before. I truly feel we are all a team working towards a common goal.
What is one thing you can’t live without?
A Celsius and My Support Water Bottle (Stanley Gang Tik-Tok made me do it)
What are your hobbies?
Watching the latest episodes of Bravo's Housewives series (although don't even think about asking me to pick a favorite franchise – it's like choosing a favorite child).
