What is your favorite wellness ritual and why?

I walk my dog every morning for 3-5 miles. It's refreshing and keeps me mildly in shape for someone who sits at a desk the majority of the rest of the day.

What is your favorite thing about being part of the TBMG team? 

I love the positivity of the TB Media team. It's one of the nicest teams that I've ever worked with.

What did you want to grow up to be when you were a kid?

I wanted to be the nocturnal exhibit manager at a zoo.
