Meet Sydney, a creative thinker with a background in digital marketing and communications. Her experience working with nonprofits and small businesses has her used to wearing many hats, from content creation and social media management to project coordination and operations. She has an eye for details and a skill for visual design. While not working, Sydney can be found decorating her Chicago apartment, lounging with her two cats, and trying out a new DIY.
What is your favorite episode of Lift U Up: Inspiring Health Stories?
It's hard to choose a favorite, but one that stands out to me is Episode 98, "You Should Hear Us: Sharing Stories From Behind Bars with Kathie Klarreich". Kathie's story was so interesting and the impact behind Exchange for Change was incredible to hear about.
What’s one thing on your bucket list?
I would love to learn how to play an instrument.
What are your hobbies?
I love all things diy and craft, hunting for vintage furniture, taking care of my urban garden, and going to concerts with friends.
