Holistic Nutrition: Why Diet & Exercise Are Not Enough with Jennifer Jones
Jennifer Jones has over a decade of experience in health and wellness. Specifically she’s found success in holistic nutrition, and so have her clients. She doesn’t focus on the calories, diet trends, food, or exercise alone – but looks at the whole individual.
After implementing a holistic approach to nutrition in her own life, Jennifer saw dramatic results that included relief from debilitating menstrual cycles. Now, as the CEO of JENuine nutrition, she teaches her clients (with a 100% success rate) how to eat for life, to help naturally reduce stress, balance hormones, and lose weight.
Jennifer Jones has always had a close relationship with her body. She spent most of her life as an athlete, staying fit with training and exercise. She then moved on to bodybuilding, competing for 4 years.
After spending those years on a bodybuilder’s diet, she decided that there had to be a better way that didn’t involve limited food options (chicken, broccoli, and sweet potato — anyone?), restricting calories, and two-a-days in the gym. After plenty of research and practice, Jennifer learned to listen to her body and approach food with intuition, not just a meal plan.
Once she mastered this holistic approach to nutrition for herself, she began applying this approach with her own clients. She wanted to change people’s lives through new habits and lifestyle changes, and not quick fixes. JENuine Nutrition was founded with this idea in mind, a move to Houston, and a fresh start for Jennifer.
Today JENuine Nutrition focuses on nutrition psychology and behavioral sciences to give clients a transformative experience. Jennifer looks at the whole of the individual, the connection between mind, body and spirit, and the impact of not only diet and exercise, but sleep, stress, and more.

By accident, I turned my love of telling stories into a full time business. On purpose, I run a video and content marketing agency who tells visual stories for health & happiness brands.
